Craig Gleaton joined Beatty & Wozniak as an associate attorney in January of 2011, with energy experience as an attorney and field landman.  Craig's practice is based in the title group, with a primary focus on the preparation of title opinions covering federal, state and fee lands. 
 
Prior to joining Beatty & Wozniak in 2011, Craig practiced as an oil and gas and title attorney in Fort Worth, Texas, where he completed several hundred title opinions, including stand-up opinions, represented operator-clients in purchase and sale agreements and represented Texas mineral owners in the negotiation of oil and gas leases.
 
Craig completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a BBA in Finance and an affinity for Longhorn football. He returned for law school at the University of Texas School of Law, receiving his JD in 2007.  During law school, Craig served as the Treasurer of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas and Energy Law and held a legal internship with the Texas General Land Office.  He is a member of the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers and the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen and is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and Texas.
 
Craig and his wife live in Denver and, outside of work and supporting the Texas Longhorns, he enjoys fly fishing, baseball and live music.
