David Bolda received his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2009, graduating with Dean’s Honors and a certificate in business and transactional law with distinction. While attending law school, David was a student intern in the Small Business and Transactional Law Clinic representing the business and transactional needs of his clients. After passing the Bar in Utah, David began working as a contract landman participating in a due diligence project for the divestiture of an oil and gas exploration and production company and researching title in Utah and Wyoming.
David decided to pursue a career in oil and gas law during his second year of law school when he discovered that every oil and gas project presents a new and unique challenge. In oil and gas law, you are required to draw on and incorporate many other areas of the law to meet the needs of your client.
David is licensed to practice law in Utah and North Dakota. David is also a member of the Utah Association of Professional Landmen.
