Liz joined Beatty & Wozniak in January 2011 after four years at Mountain States Legal Foundation where she focused on natural resources and land-use litigation on federal lands, climate change issues, and a wide range of Constitutional law cases.

Liz earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999 where she majored in International Relations and became semi-fluent in Japanese.  Liz earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005 and is admitted to practice in Colorado and Pennsylvania.  She is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the Third Circuit.

In her free time, Liz enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter and Weimaraner, and even competes in the occasional triathlon.
