Beth joined Beatty & Wozniak in January, 2012 and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of oil and gas title examination, regulatory, corporate, and transactional, and litigation. Prior to joining Beatty & Wozniak, Beth practiced with Mark W. Taylor & Associates, PC, Roswell, New Mexico and the Roswell office of Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin, LLP. Beth will be dividing her time between the Firm’s Santa Fe office and her hometown of Roswell, New Mexico. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the New Mexico Supreme Court.
