Gary Ewing joined Beatty & Wozniak in 2008 to apply his extensive title background to the needs of the oil and gas industry. Gary prepares drilling and division order title opinions on state, federal and fee lands in Colorado.
Gary’s title background includes several years in the title insurance industry, where he wrote billions of dollars in commercial real estate coverage. Additionally, Gary was in-house attorney with HomeSpace.com, which at one time was the fastest-growing mortgage company in America. He helped that firm develop an online mortgage origination and real estate referral system that was sold to LendingTree.com. Other work experience involved real estate loan origination and closing, real estate compliance, the administration and sale of real estate assets, and litigation arising from real estate transactions.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, writing, and studying Spanish.
