John Chadd joined Beatty & Wozniak in 2007 with more than eight years experience in corporate and transactional law. Having gained exposure to the oil and gas industry through joint operating agreements and mezzanine financing during his career, John’s focus at the firm will remain on corporate transactions while also lending assistance on regulatory matters.
Gaining experience from prominent law firms in Denver for the past six years, and in Boston prior to that, John will apply his mergers and acquisitions, financing, lending, entity structuring and general financial analysis skills as they pertain to the law of the ever-fascinating energy industry. “From a legal perspective, this firm’s work connects so many different areas of the law, from corporate, to real estate, to regulatory issues. The analysis involved in structuring transactions in the energy industry is complex, so it helps to have a financial analysis background.”
John graduated from Middlebury College and completed his J.D. at Northwestern University School of Law. John lives in Denver with his wife and two children, and enjoys running, skiing, playing ice hockey, and doing things that take him and his family outdoors. |
