Jennifer Stoldt’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters specific to the oil and gas industry. Jennifer represents clients in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, bank financing and private equity transactions, joint operating arrangements, and general corporate representation of oil and gas industry clients. Additionally, Jennifer reviews and negotiates natural gas purchase, processing, gathering and transportation agreements, and gas marketing and trading arrangements.
Jennifer attended law school at the University of Colorado, where she served on the University of Colorado Law Review and was awarded Order of the Coif. She has a forestry degree from Colorado State University and worked for Weyerhaeuser Company in Washington State prior to attending law school.
Jennifer loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys trail running, biking, practicing yoga and gardening.
