Kyle Allen joined Beatty & Wozniak in May 2011, where his practice focuses on title examination and rendering opinions for federal, state and fee lands in the Niobrara and DJ Basin areas of Colorado.
Kyle cut his teeth in the industry running title as a field landman in the courthouses of east and south Texas. He then took that experience to practicing oil and gas law for a large Houston-based energy firm before relocating to Denver.
Kyle played intercollegiate baseball for Galveston College and Centenary College of Louisiana before earning is Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. From there, Kyle graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2006, where he earned the Pro Bono Achievement Award for his work as a student attorney representing underprivileged members of the San Antonio community.
He is a member of the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers and has been selected to be a member of the inaugural class of the Energy Generation Leadership Program administered by the Colorado Oil and Gas Association.
Beyond work, Kyle spends his time herding his two dogs, surviving CrossFit workouts and managing the firm’s flag football team.
