Kelly de la Torre joined Beatty & Wozniak, P.C. in 2008, bringing a science and intellectual property background to the firm. Kelly's practice focuses on transactions, project development and governmental relations in the energy industry.
Prior to joining Beatty & Wozniak, P.C., Kelly worked with companies developing emerging technologies in the energy industry and focused in particular on the commercialization aspects of bringing the technology to market. Kelly has represented various renewable energy companies and an electrical power cable company in the utility industry.
Kelly is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Law - Camden, New Jersey, and holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and an M.S. in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico. |
