Katherine Wittenberg joined Beatty & Wozniak in 2006 with 10 years of legal experience, specializing in complex commercial litigation. Coming from San Francisco, where every day she debated and resolved cutting-edge issues, Katherine was looking for another exciting industry and chose oil and gas. “Oil and gas law is fascinating, and is taking off in new directions every day.”
Katherine earned her B.S. from Boston University and her J.D. from Tulane Law School in New Orleans in 1996. Since then, she has represented financial institutions and other businesses in civil litigation and commercial disputes and has significant experience in arbitrating, mediating and litigating commercial cases.
Katherine is an active member of the American Bar Association, frequently writing articles for Litigation Update, the monthly e-newsletter of the Section of Litigation of the ABA. She lives in Boulder with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys skiing, scuba diving and Shakespeare. |
