Katherine Wittenberg joined Beatty & Wozniak in 2006, after practicing as a commercial litigator in California and Colorado for the previous ten years.  As a Member of the firm, Katherine’s energy law practice focuses on representing clients involved in commercial disputes, arbitration and litigation, and oil and gas leases on tribal and public lands. 

Katherine earned a B.S. and B.A. from Boston University and her J.D. from Tulane Law School in New Orleans.  Since then, she has represented companies and institutions in civil litigation and business disputes and has significant experience in arbitrating, mediating, and litigating commercial cases.

Katherine is an active member of the American Bar Association and frequently writes articles for Beatty & Wozniak’s Energy New Alerts.  She lives in Boulder with her husband and daughters and enjoys skiing, cooking, and Shakespeare.
