Rachael joined Beatty & Wozniak as an associate in August 2010. Her practice primarily focuses on federal, state and fee land issues. Prior to joining the firm, Rachael was in private practice where she learned the ropes of title work and the importance of thorough and accurate title examination. She has done title work in Colorado, North Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. She is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
Rachael is a 2009 honors graduate from the University of Wyoming College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming. While in Law school she represented the College of Law at the regional Jessup Cup International Moot Court Competition. She served as an extern for the Honorable Alan B. Johnson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. She also participated in a study abroad program through the University of Missouri School of Law in Cape Town, South Africa. She received the Excellence in Advocacy award her third year of law school.
Rachael graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Business in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Finance. Prior to attending law school she worked for three Denver-based companies as a financial analyst, two of which are Fortune 300 companies. Rachael enjoys traveling, running, skiing and is an avid supporter of the Wyoming Cowboys and Cowgirls.
