Steve Domas joined Beatty & Wozniak in July of 2011 where he focuses his practice in the areas of oil and gas transactions, including mineral title examination on federal, state, Indian and fee land, the acquisition and disposition of mineral properties, and oil and gas upstream contract and transaction negotiation. Steve is licensed to practice law in both New Mexico and Louisiana, and prior to joining Beatty & Wozniak, Steve practiced in Louisiana for 6 years where he focused on oil and gas transactions and mineral title examination on federal and state offshore properties, as well as onshore fee lands. Before graduating from law school in 2004, he worked in Louisiana as an Independent Petroleum Landman for 8 years.
