Scott Petitmermet joined Beatty & Wozniak as an associate attorney in 2008. He practices with the title group, focusing primarily on title examination of fee, federal, and state lands.
Prior to joining Beatty & Wozniak, Scott worked for several years as a consulting landman, where he gained a thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry and developed an abiding interest in this area of the law. Scott brings extensive experience curing and running title to his work at the firm.
Scott received his JD from the University of Colorado School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Colorado. He is a member of the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers, the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, and the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen. He lives in Denver with his wife and two labs, and enjoys trail running and snowboarding.
