We work in downtown Denver, with beautiful views of the city and the Rocky Mountains. The minute you walk into our offices, you’ll know we’re different from other law firms. For one thing, our walls aren’t white, and brown isn’t our favorite primary color.
We enjoy variety in our working environment and our energy and natural resources law practice. While the bulk of our work falls into the oil and gas category, we have worked on a variety of energy and environmental matters. If you join our team, you may find yourself handling corporate transactions or litigating disputes that involve such diverse areas as mergers and acquisitions, pipeline construction, royalty disputes, product defects or malfunctions, securities fraud, auditing and due diligence, government appeals, class actions or regulatory issues. We work with some of largest energy companies in the United States, and our practice takes us to state and federal courts and regulatory agencies across the country.
And we want our associates and staff right in the thick of it as soon as possible.
If you’re an established attorney or support staff member with energy or environmental experience, we’d like to hear from you. But you don’t need a lot of industry knowledge to join us. You do need a strong desire to focus on energy and natural resources law. You do need an ability and passion for intense, substantive legal debate. And you do need to enjoy your work.
