    Gina focuses her practice on oil and gas transactional matters, encompassing the acquisition and divestiture of producing and nonproducing properties and midstream assets; coordination of due diligence; midstream transactions, including the negotiation, drafting and advising on natural gas gathering, processing and treating agreements, natural gas marketing transactions (both wholesale and retail), ISDA Master Agreements, natural gas liquids marketing agreements, and oil transportation agreements; exploration and production agreements, including the negotiation, drafting and advising on oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, farmout agreements and participation agreements. 

    In addition, Gina regularly represents oil and gas clients in debt transactions (both lenders and borrowers), private equity transactions and general corporate law matters. Gina also represents clients in the procurement of electricity and with respect to renewable energy matters.
