Jessy joined Beatty & Wozniak in November of 2012 and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of oil and gas title examination.

Prior to joining Beatty & Wozniak, Jessy’s legal experience included preparation of oil and gas drilling and division order title opinions for plays in Colorado and North Dakota, and title curative issues. Prior to that, she was a Senior Landman at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation drafting agreements and addressing legal and regulatory issues. Jessy she co-authored the American Association of Petroleum Landmen’s 2010 Article of the Year on Federal Unitization.


Born and raised in Oklahoma, Jessy graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in biochemistry prior to moving to Boulder Colorado where she graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to practice in Colorado.


Jessy lives in Boulder where she enjoys running, yoga and eating good food.
