Litigation, Regulatory, Transactional & Corporate

Andrew Glenn is a commercial litigator who represents energy and natural resource clients in high-stakes disputes across the West. He handles complex litigation in both state and federal courts involving breach of contract, construction, product liability, and property disputes, with a particular focus on upstream and midstream oil and gas operations. Andrew’s litigation expertise also extends to appellate advocacy, where he has successfully argued before the Tenth Circuit and other appellate courts. In 2024, he was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as one of the “Ones to Watch” for his work.

Beyond courtroom advocacy, Andrew provides guidance to clients in navigating administrative and regulatory matters. He regularly advises on compliance and enforcement issues related to major federal statutes, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA). He also represents clients before state agencies and the Interior Board of Land Appeals.

Andrew began his career as an oil and gas land broker and landman, which gave him the opportunity to address a wide variety of oil and gas title and leasing issues in North Dakota, Colorado, Utah, and Montana. This firsthand experience provides him with a practical perspective on the industry, alongside those it employs and supports, which continues to inform his legal work.

When he’s not in the courtroom or advising clients, Andrew enjoys time with his family and giving back through pro bono work and local legal service programs.
