Biography
Jack Sheffield joined Beatty & Wozniak in March 2025 working out of the firm’s Denver office. Jack gained invaluable experience with the intricacies of energy law when he was a Summer Associate at Beatty & Wozniak in the Summer of 2024. He primarily works within the firm’s transactional & corporate practice group. Jack is originally from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area where he earned a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. While attending the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, he earned a certificate in Corporate & Commercial law and served as the Articles Editor and the Business Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy. Further, Jack was the treasurer of the Business Law Society and gained transactional legal experience while working as a law clerk at a law firm specializing in private offerings under Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933. Outside of the office, Jack enjoys traveling, golfing, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
