Devon Bell is an experienced litigation, water rights, and public utilities attorney representing energy companies, utilities, landowners, and other clients in a broad range of disputes and regulatory matters. His practice encompasses oil and gas, natural resources, water rights, and public utilities. Devon regularly appears before state and federal courts, the Colorado Water Court, and administrative and regulatory agencies, including public utilities commissions, state engineers’ offices, and other state and federal regulatory bodies.
Before joining Beatty & Wozniak’s team, he gained a broad range of litigation experience at several well-regarded defense firms in Denver. He handled civil, tort, construction defect, and workers’ compensation cases for clients, gaining substantial courtroom experience, including jury and bench trials, hearings, and motion practice.

You can usually find him at a local brewery with his wife and two golden retrievers, Waffle and Palacsinta. He is also conversant in Spanish and Hungarian and is a former reserve player for a semi-professional indoor soccer team.
